Composition: Piperacillin sodium/Tazobactam sodium (INN) 4 g + 0.500 g Powder for Intravenous Solution. Each 4.5 g single-dose vial contains: Piperacillin sodium equivalent to 4 g of Piperacillin and Tazobactam sodium equivalent to 0.5 g of Tazobactam. It also contains 1 mg of edetate disodium (dihydrate) (EDTA) per vial. Each vial contains a total of 2.84 mEq (65 mg) of sodium per gram of piperacillin
