Astyfer is supplied as capsules that provide iron as ferrous fumarate together with the amino acids L-lysine, L-histidine and glycine. Each capsule also contains B vitamins, including thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, folic acid and vitamin B12, along with vitamin C. Take as directed on the pack, or as advised by a pharmacist.
